Empower Speech Pathology was founded by Speech and Language Pathologist Marley Howlett, drawing on extensive experience across hospitals, schools, community centres, and private clinics. Through this work, Marley developed a deep understanding of what makes therapy effective and the importance of considering environment, accessibility, resources, client centred care, and evidence based practice. Recognising the demands of modern life, her vision is to reduce barriers that often prevent children and adults from accessing therapy, offering a holistic, flexible approach in people’s own environments at convenient times.

We are now excited to expand Empower Speech Pathology to include Little Glow Party Co. a boutique sensory play experience for children and families across Brisbane. Born from the intersection of therapy and motherhood, Little Glow was created to give every child the opportunity to explore, discover, and learn through meaningful, engaging sensory play.

While Empower Speech Pathology continues to support children’s communication and development through evidence based therapy, Little Glow sensory play experiences are designed for every child, not just those accessing therapy. These therapist-led sessions are perfect for playdates, group experiences, or celebrations, providing a stress-free, inclusive, and joyful way for children to play, connect, and grow.
